2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, using an assessment tool, applying for a role, or otherwise using an online feature provided through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant website feature.
If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation in relation to your use of the website.
3. Website information and separate service agreements
Information on this website is provided for general information, business enquiry and service-description purposes. Descriptions of services, capabilities, partnerships, projects, features, timelines, availability and other materials on the website do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, warranty, quotation or service commitment.
Any professional engagement with Innosol may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, order form, licence, support agreement, master services agreement or other written contract. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to paid services, the separate agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
4. Technology Assessment Tool
Where the website provides a Technology Assessment Tool or similar assessment feature, the tool is intended to help organisations identify possible technology capability gaps and areas for improvement. Any score, report, recommendation or suggested next step generated through the tool depends on the information supplied by the user.
Assessment results are for guidance only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, accounting, financial, audit, cybersecurity certification or other regulated professional advice. Organisations remain responsible for validating recommendations against their own requirements, risks, policies and applicable laws before making decisions.
5. Permitted use
You may use this website only for lawful personal, professional or organisational purposes connected with learning about Innosol, contacting us, requesting information or an assessment, applying for opportunities, or engaging with our services.
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or harmful activity;

- scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without permission;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or submit information you are not authorised to provide; or
- interfere with the security, integrity, availability or normal operation of the website.
6. Information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through contact forms, assessment tools, career applications or other website features is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Please do not submit confidential, restricted or sensitive information unless it is necessary for the purpose of the relevant form and you are authorised to provide it. Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Careers and recruitment
Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer or engagement. Vacancy information may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Recruitment decisions remain subject to Innosol's internal assessment processes and applicable employment requirements.
8. Third-party platforms and software partners
Innosol works with third-party technology platforms and software partners. References to third-party brands, products or services are for identification and service-description purposes. Third-party products may also be governed by the provider's own licence terms, acceptable-use rules, privacy notices, product policies, availability and pricing.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Innosol does not control and is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers to their products, platforms, pricing, policies or service availability.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layouts, software, reports, designs, documentation and other content are owned by or licensed to Innosol and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print website materials for legitimate internal or personal reference. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit Innosol content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits.
10. External links
The website may contain links to external websites, partner websites, social-media platforms, maps or other third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience. Innosol does not control external sites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.
11. Website availability and security
We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the website, but internet services may experience interruption, maintenance, technical faults or security events. We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available, error-free or free from every security risk.
We may suspend, restrict, change or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, operational or business reasons.
12. Electronic communications
When you contact us electronically, submit a website form, request a report or otherwise communicate with us online, you agree that we may send service-related communications necessary to respond to or complete your request.
Direct marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law, including requirements relating to prior consent and the ability to unsubscribe from electronic commercial communications.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, the website and general website content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Innosol will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, inability to access the website, or use of third-party links, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Privacy and data protection
Our collection and use of personal data through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Ghanaian data-protection law, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
